Sometimes the hardest part of getting things done isn’t knowing what you need to do — it’s finding the momentum to tackle it.
Our Virtual Body Doubling sessions are designed for neurodivergent brains that struggle with starting, switching, or sustaining tasks. Instead of working alone, you join a small group on Zoom and spend an hour quietly working in parallel.
You can focus on whatever matters most to you in that moment: household tasks, studying, paperwork, creative projects, work responsibilities, or unfinished to-dos.
These sessions are built to offer:
- Gentle structure without pressure
- Shared focus that makes starting easier
- Support for staying engaged
- A steady boost to motivation and confidence
- A welcoming, judgment-free environment
There’s no expectation to perform, explain yourself, or “do productivity” the right way. You’re invited to show up exactly as you are and make progress in a way that works for your brain — alongside people who get it.
