This is event designed to help you feel safe, comfortable and gentle connected - without pressure, expectations or emotional overload.
We will move slowly and the main goal is healing.
I am your healing provider and I want to help you to feel yourself saved and be happier and stronger confidenced without pressure.
Structure:
1 Arrival & Grounding
- becomming calmness
- short explanation of rules of the space
- grounding practice (breathing/ body awareness)
- no speaking required
2 gentle sharing
- Experience sharing of each other. Gentle lietening, no advise, no analyse, no fixing.
We just listen and give the attantion and bless that amazing soul for that experience in the world
3 Pair or small group privacy exchange
- art practice work on trust and connection. Everyone shares what Is important - group work on support.
4 Meditation together and affirmation
