Hi lovely women,
Life can feel heavy and fast, especially as of late, and sometimes what we need most is a circle of understanding hearts to slow down with. That’s what this particularl gathering is for. :o
This women’s mental health circle is a safe, nurturing space to rest, share, and connect with others who understand the beauty and challenges of navigating life… especially as neurodivergent or simply as human.
There’s no need to have the “right” words or a perfect story. You can speak, listen, or simply be. I’ll have a few gentle prompts ready in case they’re helpful, but the focus is on honest conversation, mutual support, and reminding each other that we’re not alone with all the craziness going on in the world right now.
