What we’re about

This group is for autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, and otherwise neurodivergent women (inclusive of trans women and nonbinary femmes) in and around Kelowna who are looking for genuine connection — without pressure, small talk, or the need to perform.

Our purpose is to create a safe, affirming space where you can simply be — around others who get it. Whether you’re craving deep conversation, shared special interests, quiet company, or just a place to take off the mask for a while, you’re welcome here. 💜🦄

We’ll host low-pressure, sensory-friendly meetups — sometimes with a theme, sometimes just a cozy space to exist together in our own way. Socializing is always optional. So is talking. What matters most is that you feel safe and seen. 🌈🧠

Come as you are. No fixing, no explaining — just honesty, presence, and community. 💛

🙋‍♀️About your host:
My name is Marilise! I am a late diagnosed AuADHD woman who has been working in healthcare for the past 11 years. I am on my journey of self acceptance & unmasking - and hoping to build a community of neurodivergent women who can stand by one another - without judgment or stigma - as we all explore what it means to be authentically us.
