About us
Navigating the workplace as a neurodivergent adult comes with a specific set of challenges — masking, sensory overload, communication mismatches, disclosure decisions, burnout — that often go unspoken in typical workplace settings.
The Neurodivergent Workplace Collective is a peer support group for autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, and otherwise neurodivergent adults to share their workplace experiences in a space that gets it. Whatever you're facing — a difficult manager, sensory overwhelm at your work place, uncertainty about disclosure, or just the exhaustion of navigating a world not built with us in mind — this is a space to be heard.
We will start with a support group-style meeting held via Zoom every other week. We will pick a topic that represents a common challenge in the workplace, and open it to the group to share their experiences. When you share something, you choose what you need — whether that's just having the room hear and validate your experience, or hearing how others have navigated something similar. No unsolicited advice, no fixing, no pressure to perform. Just people who understand, showing up for each other.
This is peer-led, not clinical — I'm neurodivergent myself, and I've navigated a lot of what you might be carrying into the room. This isn't therapy or coaching, and it's not a substitute for professional support, but it is a space built by and for people living this.
New members welcome anytime — no need to have attended before. You don't have to be currently working to be part of the group, because this group is about belonging and sharing experiences
