What we’re about
A group for empowered neurodivergent community and culture! Our goal is to contribute to San Antonio's supportive and inclusive Neurodivergent community. Let's connect, support each other, and improve our mental, physical, and social health! Whether you're looking to socialize with other adults with autism (diagnosis not needed), find support as a parent of a child with ADHD, or meet others who "get" you, this group is here for you. Join us and let's build our community. We don't need to mask or try to act normal here. Let's just enjoy being our best selves!
Founded by Lindsey McGehee, a local therapist for Neurodivergent people and their families who are struggling with transitions, anxiety, depression, or relationships. Lindsey envisions a world where neurodivergence is appreciated for the benefit of all, and people with ASD and ADHD rise up as empowered community and cultural leaders.
**These Meetup offerings are NOT therapy, but they may be therapeutic and may include mental health education and social skills support.
