We're excited to launch our first Meetups! Join us as we chat about the concept behind the Neurodiverse Cafe and what we have planned for future Meetups.

We're eager to meet artists that live in Omaha NE, Council Bluffs IA or nearby areas.

Artists are increasingly performing their work from home over Zoom to create intimate and engaging experiences that allow for a more personal and direct connection with their audience.

We'd love to have you perform your original music, poetry or writing during one of our Meetups.

We can promote your work for free in our Meetups, on our website and in our social media.

ABOUT US

Join us in our virtual art house cafe where the neurodivergent and neurotypical meet to ignite a creative spark! – Omaha NE, Council Bluffs IA and nearby areas.

Let's hang out together online and share a casual "art coffeehouse vibe" as we meet other cool people and possibly make some friends. Participate or just watch and be included – whatever makes you feel comfortable.

Zoom Meetups will include creative projects and lessons, art exhibits, open mics, games, a community message board, and casual chats about local happenings, art, music and more, sometimes while we enjoy meals together.

Neurodiverse: The natural variation in human brains and cognitive abilities – brains function in many ways and the differences are normal and valuable.

Neurodivergent: A person whose brain processes information in a way not typical of most individuals – Autism, ASD, ADHD and other types of neurodivergence.

Neurotypical: A person whose brain processes information in a way that's typical of most individuals.

Organizer Bruno Ciccone: I'm an artist and helicopter pilot who is a mentor and ally for a neurodivergent loved one. My experience includes art, video game design, 3D modeling, photography and VFX. I'm the founder of Neurodiverse Cafe and VFR Game Studio.

Co-Organizer Blaise Martin: I enjoy film photography, jet skis, dune buggies and volunteering at a wildlife rescue.
