What we’re about
Welcome to Neurodiverse Women Thriving Together, a supportive, neuro-affirming community for late-discovered women in Yorkshire (& online) to connect with other women, share, learn, be creative, and thrive. Let's rise together!
Plans for in-person meetings include picnics, nature walks, allotment days, cafe meets, etc (Hebden Bridge Based).
Plans for online meetings include meditation journeys, writing workshops, book clubs, coaching sessions, and creative workshops.
If it's of interest I write a free weekly womensletter THE UNMASKED WOMAN, delivered most Sundays, where I explore in detail life as a neurodiverse perimenopausal woman and all that it entails. You can read it here.
If you're a self-employed woman you can take a look at my business coaching services specifically tailored to ND women here.

I've changed the booking process to spare you the extra fees it adds. This event is £12. Book Here
If you'd prefer to book through MeetUp Up you can do so in the usual way.
One of my favourite things to do (besides experiencing wild landscapes or reading dystopian fiction) is to chat about writing projects—yours, mine, or just stuff I’ve seen others doing.
As neurodivergent women, our inner worlds are rich and complex and fundamental to who we are, and there is much value (and pleasure) to be had in discussing our passions with each other.
Through sharing, we experience the joy of self-expression, learn from each other's unique perspectives, validate our experiences, and build a supportive community that fosters a sense of belonging, mutual support, and intellectual engagement.
# Come & Chat About Your Writing Projects
> 🗓 Thursday 24 July
> ⏰ 10 AM BST (convert your timezone here)
> 📌 Zoom
> 🕊 1.5 hoursIf you’re feeling isolated, this is for you. If you’re craving community, this is for you***.*** If you’d love to meet some fellow late-discovered ND women in a low-key, safe, supportive environment where you can be yourself, this is for you.
Whether you're a poet, blogger, novelist, scriptwriter, or Substacker this is a safe and welcoming space to discuss your projects, ideas, and experiences.
Whether you're just starting on your creative path or you're a seasoned pro, all women are welcome.
This meet-up will also be beneficial for any of you who might be feeling a bit stuck creatively, because creative energy is wildly contagious and you may catch some!
Come as you are, with whatever writing project is on your mind and in your heart ❤️
#### Meeting Structure:
- Introduction
- Short grounding meditation so we feel safe and connected.
- We’ll take it in turns to discuss the fears, challenges & joys of our projects.
- Closing meditation
#### *There will be 5-minute screen breaks every half hour 😊
***
I’ve limited the group number to 9 places to accommodate those who find large groups daunting, and this also ensures everyone has a chance to share.
Let's come together to nurture our writing, support our neurodivergent journeys, and build a vibrant community.
Note: This is a safe, neuro-affirming, confidential space. I ask that all participants respect the privacy of others and maintain a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere.
Participant Feedback From Our Last Event

"Amazing! It felt so affirming to be in a space with other neurodivergent people where there was a baseline of understanding. I enjoyed being able to fully be myself and not have to pretend/mask. What a lovely experience!"
