Free Taster Session: Silent Co-Working for Neurodivergent Women

Are you ready to tackle those tasks that have been lingering in the corners of your to-do list? Join me for a FREE Taster Session of Silent Co-Working, designed just for neurodivergent women like us.

We'll come together in a virtual space to harness the power of body doubling, sharing our goals and holding each other accountable in a supportive environment. Here’s how it will flow:

  1. Check-In (10 min): We'll start with a welcoming check-in, sharing what we're hoping to accomplish during our time together in the chat.
  2. Pomodoro Sessions (20 min each): We’ll dive into two focused work sessions using the Pomodoro technique, where we set a timer for 20 minutes to get stuff done.
  3. Mid-Session Check-In (5 min): After the first Pomodoro, we’ll utilise the Zoom chat to encourage each other, sharing progress and keeping the momentum going!

Think of this as a chance to finally tackle those pesky tasks — whether it’s:

  • Sorting out financial admin
  • Washing up
  • Tidying a drawer
  • Batch cooking
  • Planning your month.

No matter what it is, we’re here to cheer each other on!
