Hello everyone,
I’m delighted to invite you to the first online event of the Neurodiversity group:

## Discovering Neurodivergence: Simple Insights and a Space to Connect

This session will be an opportunity to discover—or revisit in a simple way—what we mean by neurodiversity and neurodivergence: ADHD, autism, dyslexia and other learning differences, giftedness, high sensitivity, questions about one’s own way of functioning, and more.

The aim is neither to diagnose anyone nor to offer an overly theoretical talk. Instead, we will create an accessible, welcoming, jargon-free space to better understand these experiences—and to begin getting to know one another.

## What to expect

  • A few simple reference points about neurodivergence
  • Commonly discussed profiles and lived experiences
  • Some misconceptions to unpack
  • What may help in everyday life
  • A relaxed, no-pressure time for open discussion
  • A vote to co-create the group’s future events

## The format

  • Participation is entirely optional: you may speak, write in the chat, or simply listen
  • Camera and microphone are completely optional
  • You are welcome to join a little late or leave early if needed
  • There will be no mandatory round of introductions
  • This meeting is not a substitute for individual medical, psychological, or diagnostic support

Whether you identify as neurodivergent, are exploring your own experience, are close to a neurodivergent person, or are simply curious to learn more, you are very welcome.

I look forward to seeing you online for this first opportunity to connect and share!

Please sign in first for the meeting following this link: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/OKzXoYgwTuq_wSbpd2FSxQ
