Explore two powerful practices:
1. Sound Meditation – A • U • M
Work with the three fundamental sounds A, U, and M:
- A (Ah) — grounding the physical body and relaxing muscular tension
- U (Oo) — influencing the emotional state, helping release inner stress
- M (Mm) — creating vibration in the head and helping calm mental activity
2. Focus Meditation – The Third Eye Point
Direct attention to the area between the eyebrows, helping:
- improve concentration
- quiet mental noise
- increase awareness
- create a clear and centered state of mind
This is not about mysticism — it is about training attention and awareness through the body.
Together, these two practices create a state that is calm, grounded, and mentally clear.
