Central Park Neuro-Friendly Run, Walk & Roll Club, brought to you by Wable
Details
Welcome to the Central Park Neuro-Friendly Run, Walk & Roll Club, brought to you by Wable.
This group is a welcoming space for neurodivergent and disabled people, along with friends, family, and allies, to come together for a relaxed run, walk, or roll around Central Park. There’s no pressure, no pace to keep up with — just movement in whatever way feels good for you.
Whether you’re running, walking, using a wheelchair, or simply enjoying the fresh air, our focus is on connection, accessibility, and feeling comfortable being yourself. We meet weekly to move gently, socialize, and build a supportive community where everyone belongs.
All abilities, speeds, and energy levels are welcome. Come as you are, move how you want, and let’s enjoy Central Park together.
Meeting Point
Black Press Coffee (274 Columbus Ave, New York, NY 10023)
We will start and end each meetup here so everyone can find one another easily, and for those that would like to end with a coffee and chat, can do so (coffee on us)!
Distance options (go at your own pace):
- 0.6 miles – a short, gentle option for a relaxed roll or walk
- 1.6 miles – a moderate distance with plenty of room for breaks
- 3.1 miles – the full 5K for those who want the challenge
✨ Go at your own pace — any distance counts, and you’re welcome to turn back or stop at any point.
☕ We’ll finish together with coffee on us at Wable!
