Doing this meditation regularly (or semi-regularly) will let you neutralize unwanted feelings in a healthy way. Stress triggers will lose their power to affect you. You'll be able to let go of past events, and will become less self-critical and less reactive. Changes happen within minutes and accumulate over time.

Wear what you like. These sessions are totally relaxed and relaxing, even as big changes happen.

Some people ask how many people come. As I write this it is usually half a dozen or so. If being around people makes you nervous this is a great way to lessen that feeling. You can focus directly on that as a topic if you choose.
