Welcome to the NeuroReal Community Meetup!
We are a growing community of curious minds brought together by a shared passion for neurodivergence, mental health, and real, honest conversations about the human experience.
This group is an extension of the NeuroReal Podcast, hosted by Dr. Naysha Isom, MD, a physician bringing a medical and neurological lens to neurodivergent care, and Tammy Hernandez, Clinical Professional Counselor, whose therapeutic expertise bridges the gap between clinical insight and everyday lived experience. Together, they are committed to making complex topics accessible, relatable, and grounded in real-world application.
NeuroReal dives deep into everything under the neurodivergent umbrella — with a special focus on Autism, ADHD, and AuDHD (the beautiful and complex overlap of both). From diagnosis journeys and identity, to relationships, mental health, and navigating a world not always built for neurodivergent minds — no topic is off the table.
