Fun social skills workshop
Details
Navigating social situations can be challenging when the world isn’t designed for your brain. Adrian will run a live, in‑person workshop that celebrates neurodiversity and equips participants with practical tools to build authentic connections. The workshop focuses on strengthening the social strategies that feel right for participants instead of changing who they are. Through short talks, interactive games and hands‑on practice, we’ll explore different communication styles, the Double Empathy Problem, and sensory differences in a safe, judgment‑free space. The goal is to leave with confidence, new strategies, and maybe even a few new friends.
