How can we identify the signs of overwhelm and dysregulation before we spin out of control?

We will begin at 7pm CST, but we usually stay on for at least two hours, so feel free to hop in whenever you can!

Are you a NeuroSpicy woman navigating life’s challenges while embracing your unique mind? Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to thrive in a world that wasn’t built for you?

This is a judgment-free, supportive space for neurodivergent women to share experiences, talk through life’s struggles, and discover ways to embrace their strengths and thrive—on their own terms.

Disclaimer: This is not a therapy group. This is a peer group. I have ADHD and non-diagnosed Dysgraphia, and I also identify with some of the characteristics of Autism. I find that symptoms are different for everyone and that we can all relate to and offer compassion to one another through our stories.
