Cycling through Hudson River (NY and NJ)

It's a free event! Only rain can stop us!

Dear verticals, this time we will pedal through NY and CT via Yonkers and Henry Hudson drive.
We will have numerous stops for stretching. This route has plenty of places where you can refill the water and are very environmentally friendly.
Big portion of the trail goes via a protected bicycle lane.
Because everyone has their own cycling pace, we might split into groups at some point.

Total distance: about 48 miles (please take this into consideration as this event is not for rookies)
About 6 hours ride (average speed 11 miles/hr)
Total elevation: 2992ft
Road type: 100% paved
This is not a foodie meetup so NO food stops on the whole trail. Please come prepared for the ride.
We highly recommend not using Citibikes for this activity.
PS: That's not the best route and we might optimize it.
