For this meeting we will work with the 4 directional energies (Fire, Earth, Water and Air), and we will combine these energies with the 4 inner needs of our human experience (inner spirit, inner nurturer, inner child and inner warrior). The aim of our group is to partner with each other and assist each member in harnessing the language of each inner need. We want all directions and inner needs to be balanced, and we will work through where the balances and imbalances are located, heal and release what is not necessary, and love and cherish what you choose to keep.
