New Dance Fit Class starting June 5, 2017 at 6:30 PM taught by Janessa Barrett who is a licensed Kick It Instructor.
KICK IT By Eliza is a 13 round Fitness method that is Music- Driven, Sweat Inducing and Kick Box Inspired. It is based on high intensity interval training, cardio kickboxing and dance. Each round is specifically choreographed to energizing music, which is the driving force behind the class.
To foster a sense of community and The Kick It Crew the class partners up to shadow box each other. This fun high intensity interval training will not only give you all the physical benefits, it will also leave you feeling invigorated and powerful.
