All levels welcome – Beginners especially encouraged! Hey New Braunfels! Ready to turn your film ideas into reality? We’re starting a weekly filmmaking meetup focused on learning and collaborating on every aspect of the craft: screenwriting, directing, cameras & lenses, lighting, audio, editing, producing, and more. Whether you’re a complete beginner with a phone camera, an aspiring screenwriter, or someone with some experience who wants to level up and work with others, this group is for you. Our vibe is supportive, creative, and hands-on — we help each other bring stories and ideas to life.

During our first meeting, we'll:

• Introduce ourselves and get to know one another.
• Talk about what inspired us to get into filmmaking.
• Discuss what everyone hopes to learn and create.
• Share ideas for future workshops, projects, and collaborations.
• Begin planning our first short film together.

No experience required. Just bring your enthusiasm, any questions you have, and (optionally) a notebook or your phone/camera if you want to share ideas.
