New Crew is the Gold Coast’s social club for people who want more than casual acquaintances. We’re here for locals and newcomers in their late 20s, 30s, and 40s who want to meet like-minded people, share real moments, and build lasting friendships.
Our events are curated to bring people together who value connection, laughter, and living life to the fullest. Think:

This event is designed exactly for that.
Step inside the hidden doors of Etsu Izakaya for an intimate Chef’s Table Dining Experience - a one-of-a-kind Saturday night for people who appreciate great food, good company, and meaningful conversation.
This isn’t a casual dinner out - it’s an exclusive eight-person table featuring Etsu’s Omakase Set Menu ($115 pp), a curated tasting designed to be shared by the whole table.
You’ll enjoy direct insight from Etsu’s chefs as they introduce each course and share the story behind the ingredients, flavours, and techniques.
