Fluidity Lyceum is a monthly book discussion group, in which one person speaks for about ten minutes about a book they've read, and we spend the rest of the time discussing it! This was started by attendees of a local annual conference, Fluidity Forum. https://fluidityforum.org

This month we will be discussing "How Long Is Now?" by Timothy Freke presented by Patrick Day. We will be exploring the spiritual path of non-duality, how the structure of our brain informs our non-dual experience of reality and an approach to meditation that can accelerate our spiritual development and reduce suffering. This a continuation of my presentation at the last Fluidity Forum in September 2026.

Please join us for this free event. All are welcome to attend and reading this month's book is not required to participate. This is a gathering for those with intellectual curiosity looking to connect with like minded people.

Past Lyceum books have included:
- The Guru Papers
- The Righteous Mind
- Turn Your Life Into Art
- Rebuilding Society On Meaning
- The Embodied Mind
- Unlearning Shame
- The Art Of Gathering
