Id like to start with one class every week in oerson on either friday, Sat, or Subday early mornings about 8/8:30am

All you need to bring is yourself, and an open heart and mind.
Thisis perfect for anyone interested in learning more about qigong and the benefits of self healing practices.

Gentle physical movements and powerful clearing, cleansing, and renewing energetics.

Anyone 13 and over is welcome. Wear comfortable clothing that
easy to move in.
