First Ever New England Hardware Meetup (UPDATE: Remote)

The first ever New England Hardware Meetup is happening from 6:30 - 8:30 PM on January 25th! We want to bring together a strong community of folks eager to build businesses with physical products. Whether you're an engineer, designer, CEO, investor, or anyone interested in being a part of the hardware start-up eco-system, come join us and let's create an amazing addition to the tech scene in New England.

This meetup is brought to you by informal, a freelance collective for people in hardware and manufacturing. Informal pairs the best freelancer at building and commercializing physical products with companies big and small to help them move faster and innovate more. From consumer electronics to electric vehicles, informal members know hardware.

We have two fantastic speakers for this event - Ben Kinnaman of Greensea Systems will speak about the future of underwater robotics, and Harrison Goldberg of Ideas Well Done will discuss the best and worst applications for robotics in the production environment.

After our speakers we’ll have an open mic where anyone can pitch their company, product, or hunt for a new job. Finally, we’ll end the night with some COVID friendly mingling and networking.
