Sandwich Range Wilderness Traverse

This Hike is for experienced Winter hikers. Those who just want to bag the Tripyramids are welcome to do so. We meet at the Oliverian Brook Trail parking lot at 3:45am. Shuttle to Pine Bend Brook Trailhead for 4am start time. Bring 2l of water, proper layering, including gators and SNOWSHOES. The Sleepers between Tripyramids and Whiteface have a good chance of being unbroken, so be prepared for that. Downes Brook is the only water source once on the ridge from Tripyramids to Passaconaway. It'll likely be frozen, but I'll be bringing my ice axe to crack it if necessary. This Hike is for anyone who loves isolated wilderness adventures in the deep snow and those bagging their Winter 48.
