## Sefton Park Run Club: Social Evening Jog! 👟🌅
Welcome to the Sefton Park Run Club! Whether you're looking to get a bit fitter, meet some great local people, or just touch grass and enjoy the evening sunshine after a workday, this group is for you.
Our focus is entirely on social, community-focused running—no pressure, no intense pacing, just a great group of people getting active together.
### ⏱️ The Game Plan
- 16:30 – 16:40: Gather, introductions, and a quick warm-up.
- 16:40 – 17:20: A social 4–5km loop around beautiful Sefton Park.
- 17:20 – 17:30: Cool down, stretch, and a quick chat.
### 🏃♂️ What’s the Pace?
This is a moderate, social jog at a conversational pace. No one gets left behind! If you can comfortably chat while you jog, you are at the exact right pace. Perfect for beginners and regular runners alike who want a more relaxed session.
### 📍 Meeting Point
> We are meeting at the Lark Lane entrance to Sefton Park (right where Lark Lane crosses over Aigburth Drive and turns into the park paths).
> How to spot us: We will be gathered on the wide pedestrian path just inside the park gates. Look out for the group in running gear!
### 🎒 What to Bring
- Comfortable running shoes / trainers.
- A bottle of water.
- A friendly attitude!
