Saturday Afternoon Hike at Gordon Park - Optional Social After

Hello!

On Saturday the 27th, let’s meet at Gordon Park in Milwaukee for a 2-mile hike along the Milwaukee River.

Always important: there is easy parking right off Humboldt near the pavilion where we will be meeting, so the group should be easy to find.

The picture in the event is from this same hike last year, so you can see that we usually get a good group for these Saturday hikes.

We will meet at 1:00 PM for the hike, which will take us along the Milwaukee River.

The hike difficulty is about 7/10. It is a really cool path with some great scenery. You may not believe you are still in Milwaukee.

There is also a bar/restaurant, Tracks Tavern, right across the street. For those interested in grabbing a drink or food after, we will plan to head there after the hike.

If you are new, know that most people, if not everyone,
come to these events alone, so it is completely normal to feel a little nervous. But the people in this group are very welcoming, so please don’t let that keep you from coming.
