Friday Night Brewery & Game Night at Black Husky Brewing!

Join us Friday, September 11th, from 6:00–9:00 p.m. for a brewery and game night at Black Husky Brewing in Milwaukee!

Note: You can show up whenever you want! You definitely don’t need to get there right at 6:00. I’m guessing most people will arrive a little later than 6.

We’ll spend the evening hanging out, meeting new people, playing games, and enjoying some drinks at Black Husky Brewing.

I’ll bring several games for the group, including Cards Against Humanity, UNO, Jenga, and more! Feel free to bring a game of your own too.

You definitely don’t have to play anything either. Feel free to just grab a drink, hang out, and socialize.

Black Husky also has both indoor and outdoor seating so if the weather cooperates, we can spend some of the evening outside as well. Plus it is dog friendly.

Coming alone?
Absolutely! Most people who attend our events come on their own, and about one-third of the people at a typical event are new to the group.

NewFriendsMKE is a very friendly, welcoming, and low-pressure group, and we make an effort to make sure new people feel comfortable and included. People are genuinely there to meet others, socialize, and have a good time, which makes it pretty easy to join in even if you don’t know anyone when you arrive.

Our events typically include people from their 20s through their 60s, and we are very welcoming to people of all ages (medium age in their 30s). Everyone is really there for the same reason: to meet new people, socialize, and have a fun night out.

We will be easy to find
Black Husky knows our group is coming, and we’ll have an area for our group to gather.
I’ll also bring a large Milwaukee Brewers flag with us, so just look for the flag when you arrive. You shouldn’t have to wander around trying to figure out where the Meetup group is!

Food?
Black Husky is a brewery/taproom and does not have a restaurant or full kitchen, but they do have some light snacks, including hot pretzels.
The good news is that Black Husky allows you to bring your own food into the taproom, so feel free to bring something with you if you’d like to eat during the event.
