Minchia, Rocky's has been around since the 40s, family run, cheap as possible, making it like grandma made before in the old country.
Their menu is small and changes by the day since they make everything the morning of and get it out the same day. It's CASH ONLY. I repeat. CASH ONLY. You don't bring cash, you're out of luck.
There aren't many tables so I'll limit this to 8. I'm doing this early because they run out of food and then you'll be stuck eating bread.
