Hello lovely people,

Fancy a girls’ dinner to round off your Sunday? I’m putting together a relaxed evening at a tasty place for food in MK, venue tbc once I gauge numbers!

This dinner is one for the girls (sorry guys, you’re welcome at all the other events!).

We have met twice so far and both dinners have been absolutely brilliant. Awesome women, awesome stories, awesome energy. It’s the best way to end a weekend 🫶

I’m going to pick a venue with a very tasty menu. Come hungry! 😄

🍽️ A fantastic menu with something for everyone, including great veggie and vegan options

💬 Warm, friendly conversation over a lovely meal

👋 A welcoming group of women, most people come along solo!

💷 Everyone pays for what they order — please be prepared to stay until the bill is settled!

This is a women only event and a really relaxed, low pressure evening with no agenda and no awkward themes. Just good food, easy conversation, and a wonderful way to spend a Sunday evening.

Come on your own or bring a girlfriend (make sure she RSVPs!), although you’re much more likely to make new friends if you come solo! 😊

If you sign up, please do so with the intention of coming along as it really helps keep the group friendly and reliable. I have made a reservation so it’s especially important we keep to the numbers confirmed. If your plans change, please update your RSVP with plenty of notice (please don’t leave it until the day) so someone else gets the chance to join.

Running the group isn’t free unfortunately! Meetup charges around £350 per year (the fees are taken every six months and charged in USD, so the exact amount varies a little depending on the exchange rate).

Since launching the group, I’ve been covering these costs personally, but as the group continues to grow I’m going to start asking for a small contribution of £1 per person, per event to help towards keeping the group running.

The last Meetup payment came out of my account in March, with the next one due in September.

Thank you to everyone who comes along, supports the group, and helps make it such a welcoming community. The £1 contribution will go directly towards covering Meetup costs and helping us continue organising plenty more events in the future 😊
