What is an ECK Light and Sound Service?
In Eckankar, we believe the spiritual Light is the vibrations of God that are visible to us every day, and the Sound, which we can hear with our inner or outer ears, brings joy, healing, and comfort. Anyone can practice seeing the Light and hearing the Sound. Each of our “ECK Light and Sound Services” are all about learning more of the ways these two expressions of the ECK, the Life Force, this voice of God, operate in all the worlds. Through different monthly perspectives, we see how the Light and Sound, when we’re aware, bring us more understanding of the spiritual inner and outer knowledge and guidance that comes so easily to the heart when we view everything from the perspective of Soul. We rotate with the Vermont and Maine ECK groups.

What you can expect:
-Enjoy a blend of insightful stories, uplifting creative arts and contemplative exercises to have your own experience of the Light and Sound
-Sing HU, an ancient, sacred mantra, as well as another name for God, or listening to others sing HU, which can open your heart to divine love, healing, and inner guidance.
-Experience a spiritual exercise that spiritualizes your consciousness and expands your awareness to include the Light and Sound of God.
-Share your experience with other like-hearted, everyday people who have discovered keys to having extraordinary experiences with the Divine.
