Join us at O'Sullivan Island for an after work paddle along the beautiful, tree lined Lake Housatonic in Derby, CT.
The entire area surrounding O'Sullivan Island is under construction with road widening and development, please put in 2 Factory Street into GPS that will get you on the right road and then follow the signs for Scoot & Paddle. There is plenty of parking. Shoes required its a river bed and there are sharp rocks, possibly glass and some muck depending on tide but it's a great paddle spot.
O'Sullivan Island sits at the confluence of the Naugatuck and Housatonic rivers with lots to explore.

We occasionally head to Bad Sons Brewery (with Roseland Pizza) and trivia or Tacomida for $2 tacos or Dew Drop for wings after the paddle if anyone wants to join in, bring something dry in case you get wet.
