Witches Paddle- Ride the Tide in Witches Style! AND FUNDRAISER FOR A GOOD CAUSE

🧙‍♀️ Important Witch Info – Kayak & Paddleboard Adventure
Start: Sunnyside School, Shelton CT
End: Dockside Brewery, Milford CT
Launch Time: Be on the water by 11:30 AM
🛶 Logistics
This is a one-way paddle, so please make arrangements to return to your car.
Arrive early to unload, park, and/or shuttle cars so you’re ready to launch on time.
We’ll be meeting up with the Twisted Tiki Boat on the river—don’t be late!
🌞 Conditions
Weather: Sunny and mild.
River: Current is strong (in our favor!) and wind should be light at our backs.
Scenery: Expect a stunning, foliage-filled paddle!
🧙‍♀️ Costumes
Witch/Warlock Attire Required! Let’s go ALL OUT—we have a big crowd, so make it magical.
Secure Your Hat: Add a ribbon or strap so it doesn’t take flight!
Dress Smart: Mornings are cool 58 degrees (~62°F water) Consider a wetsuit/drysuit, or bring dry clothes just in case.
🎒 Gear Checklist
PFD (Life Jacket): Required to be worn this time of year. Belt-style PFDs -if you don't want the bulk.
Dry Bag: Great for adding/removing layers as the day warms up.
Water & Snacks: Keep your motor running until we reach Dockside!
