Sherman Ave, Hamden --Up for a morning (ish) walk? -- weather permitting

Weather permitting......

Anybody up for a Hamden walk on the Sherman Ave part of the Farmington Canal Trail?

## Farmington Canal Heritage Trail in Hamden, CT will be our location to meet. I plan on parking in the parking lot just off of Sherman Ave. In the picture shown, it has a white arrow pointing to it.

*It's basically across the street from the Quinnipiac University York Hill Campus / M&T Bank Arena.

*Going TOWARDS Hamden - Sherman Ave is on your right.
Going TOWARDS Cheshire - Sherman Ave is on your left.

**Please take note, this is at a DIFFERENT parking lot than prior walks. This is so we can walk on a different part of the Farmington Canal.

Wear: comfortable walking shoes.

Suggested items to bring: water bottle, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, a small snack, bug spray...

We will be moving at a social walking pace on the trail. I plan on walking as far out as we can within the first 30 minutes. **Somebody please remind me to set a timer... We will then turn around and retrace our steps back to the parking lot.

We will start our "walk" by 10:20AM. Please notify in the comments if you are running late so I can keep an eye out for you let you know which direction we decided to start in.
