**Location:** Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences building
North Haven Campus
370 Bassett Road, North Haven, Connecticut

**Parking:** Follow the Bobcat Stride signs that lead to the parking garage
The program is free and open to members of the public 50 years of age and over. We will follow the indoor, year-round route. The indoor route we follow will prioritize flat and safe surfaces that are accessible to all ability levels.

### Be prepared to fill out the required waiver prior to your walk.

Bring the waiver with you when you come for your first walk.

Hard copy waivers are also available on site.

Please note: all participants must fill out a waiver prior to walking.

### University Closures

\*Please note: The program does not run on university holidays or when the university closes for weather.

Wear: comfortable walking shoes.

Suggested items to bring: water bottle, etc.

We will be moving and socializing at a calm, casual pace. We will be traveling along the Bobcat path.

\*\*Exact meeting location will be in the comments. I plan on checking it out prior to this walk.

We will start our "walk" by 7:55AM. This should give ample time to complete the waiver.
Please notify in the comments if you are running late so I can keep an eye out for you.
