We will meet outside the metro station

### 🚴 The Cycling Route

We will ride together along the famous Carretera de les Aigües, one of the most iconic cycling routes in Barcelona.
This route is:

  • Mostly flat
  • Perfect for city, hybrid, gravel, and MTB bikes
  • Famous for its panoramic views over Barcelona and the Mediterranean

We will cycle from the Girona area to the end of the route at Plaça Mireia.
The pace will be relaxed and social. This is not a race.

### 🧺 Picnic at Plaça Mireia

Once we arrive at Plaça Mireia, we will:

  • Park the bikes
  • Sit together
  • Enjoy a social picnic with incredible views
  • Talk, relax, and meet new people from different countries

👉 Bring your own food and drinks
Sharing is welcome but optional.

  • Difficulty: Easy–Moderate
  • Elevation: Gentle (mainly access + flat ride)
  • Bike type: City / Hybrid / Gravel / MTB recommended
  • Road bike: Not recommended (gravel surface)
  • Who can join: Expats, internationals & locals
  • Dogs: Not recommended for this event
