This sub-group is a rotating series of 4 topics for those exploring or just starting out in Real Estate Investing. It’s the perfect place to start if you have less than a year or so exposure to Real Estate Investing.

Your host, Kathryn Roberts will discuss the many types of OPM – or Other People’s Money available to Real Estate Investors. Then she’ll discuss how to go about building your “credibility kit” in order to appeal to various types of lenders.

There will also be a panel of private lenders ask questions of and to tell you what they look for and how they work with new investors.
The $20 registration fee includes your meal, drink and tip at the Golden Corral
