In this conversation, we’ll explore the introvert–extrovert spectrum and question the assumptions behind these labels. We’ll reflect on how context, culture, energy, social expectations, and life experiences shape the way we relate to others and to ourselves.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not a debate. It’s a thoughtful, open-minded dialogue where we:

  • Challenge binary thinking
  • Share personal experiences without judgment
  • Explore how labels can help and limit our understanding
  • Practice listening with curiosity rather than certainty

Questions will Explore:

  1. Which assumptions about introversion and extroversion have you personally questioned or outgrown?
  2. Is there a place or environment where you feel most like yourself?
  3. At what point does a label help us understand ourselves, and when does it start limiting who we allow ourselves to be?
  4. Why do you think modern society tends to reward extroverted traits more visibly than introverted ones?
  5. How might our culture look different if quiet presence and deep listening were valued as much as constant expression?

We'll also ask for a small $2 donation to help us cover the Meetup fees.
