Tomas Silicaro is an Argentine entrepreneur and the CEO & Co-Founder of Bioeutectics, a biotech company pioneering the next generation of natural, biodegradable, and high-performance solvents. Founded in 2020 in Argentina, Bioeutectics is now expanding globally, with operations in the U.S. and partnerships across Europe and Latin America.

Matt Sillick is an innovative food materials scientist. He is CTO and co-founder of Paragon Pure, a company that creates wholegrain, readily soluble sprouted brown rice powders that enable sugar reduction and offer a clean-label alternative to maltodextrins. While with Paragon Pure, Matt has initiated a USDA grant project, established IP and led product development. Matt has contributed to patented innovations in a range of food science disciplines, including flavor delivery systems, solutions to enhance the dissolution rate of poorly soluble sweetness-modifying ingredients, technologies for granule and powder formation, and lipid oleogel systems. He previously worked for Ingredion, where he led the confocal and electron microscopy lab for characterizing food structures. Matt earned an MS in Materials Science at Georgia Tech, where he completed a thesis project on the synthesis and characterization of polycarbosilane as a precursor to silicon carbide fibers. John Zandbergen has over 20 years corporate experience within the life science, IVD and MedTech industry.
