When it comes to pre-foreclosures there are 3 type of deals out there. The first type is a deal with tons of equity and because there is a lot of equity, you can get it super cheap if you know how to make low ball offers in the right way. Yes, that's right there is an art to making low ball offers so that it doesn't come off as insulting.

The 2nd type is a deal where there is no equity. With this deal you would need to know how to call the banks, show the banks why you need it for a steal of a deal, negotiate with them and get it for a steal!

The third type is a deal where it has equity but its not enough for us to make any money with and under the right conditions this is one of the best deals you can ever buy.
