Management 3.0 defines leadership for the 21st century. Leadership that pursues the goal of growing and transforming organizations, which are great places to work for. They care about having engaged employees and content customers.
Managers need to learn about their new role in the organizations of the 21st century. Therefore we need to leave the traditional concept of management behind and grow a new leadership mindset. The goal of business leadership is to look at the management of teams and organizations from an agile perspective. This includes

• orientation towards self-organizing teams
• motivation and autonomy of employees
• management of the complexity of organizations
• definition of agile organization structures.
