Ideal for **high school wrestlers** as well as **adult athletes**, this class blends technical detail with practical application in a **supportive** but **challenging environment**.

**Matt Astacio** \-\- "I grew up wrestling from age five through high school varsity at Lake Park\, **competing in over 200 matches** with a **strong record**.

After graduating, I transitioned into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2016 and now hold a **brown belt** under **Steve Patterson** at [University of Ground Fighting](https://www.uofgf.com/), where I coach classes and compete in top events like **IBJJF**, **ADCC**, and **Fight to Win**."
