Intro to C++23's std::print

This will be an introduction to C++23's new std::print interfaces.

Some members have mentioned an interest in learning new features of C++ while others have mentioned an interest in learning C++ as a new language for them. What better way to do this than by learning the language starting from its newest features - whose intent often is to make the language safer and more performant from the get-go.

This is an online meeting and I'll be using Microsoft Teams free service for it. This should help integrate the use of Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2022 into the meeting but will limit the meeting to a hard one-hour cut-off. If all goes well, I'll start the meeting at 6pm Mountain Time exactly and it will end at 7pm.
