Exceptional Safety In Function Interfaces

I’ll be giving a talk about dealing with the non “happy path” in function interfaces. This will be oriented towards more experienced programmers and will be from a user perspective as well as a library author perspective. Having a background in C++ will help but a background in a pass-by-reference capable language (like C, C#, Java, or JavaScript) is minimally what I think attendees will want for following along.
