Meet Gustavo & Miriam Maldonado
Gustavo and Miriam are a local husband-and-wife investor team who have been flipping homes for several years. In addition to their flipping business, they’ve built a portfolio of rental properties. Last year, they decided flipping wasn’t thrilling enough LOL… so why not build a house from scratch?

While Gustavo has built all of their personal residences, this is their first new construction project built for resale. Taking the leap into the “new and shiny” world of building homes for resale has been both exciting and daunting. They originally purchased the lot back in 2019, but with a full schedule of residential flips, this project is finally hitting the market
