Meet Graham Witherbee and Kyle Newman
Graham and Kyle are full-time entrepreneurs and real estate investors, owners of REIDealsNM.com— also known as United Homes of America LLC.

They’re out-of-town wholesalers working in multiple states, including New Mexico, and they also flip homes right here in Albuquerque. Their marketing operation connects wholesale opportunities directly to local investors.

Their latest deal is a cosmetic “wholetail” flip with a quick 2–3 week rehab focused on light updates and a punch-list finish. The goal: bring it to market fast and capture ~$50K profit within 90 days (close to close).
