What is...dysrationalia?
Details
Hello fellow curious Creatures! Let's have a discussion open to everyone. How do we think and act differently!? Dysrationalia is defined as the inability to think and behave rationally despite adequate intelligence. It is a concept in educational psychology, not a clinical disorder. This is the gap between what we know or think rationally and how we actually behave, also known as the intention-behavior gap, or the knowing-doing gap. It is a major focus across cognitive psychology, behavioral economics, and neuroscience. What can we do about it?
