NEW is a community of young professionals in the Twin Cities focused on genuine connection. Through authentic interactions focused on personal and professional development, and brief presentations that take a holistic approach to growth, our mission is to provide a radically welcoming space of encouragement and hope.
We offer monthly large group events, and interest-focused small groups called Networks (Pickleball, Breweries, Skiing, Healthy living, etc.)

NEW was created by two young professionals who felt many networking events can be nerve-wracking, cliquey, or transactional. We have gone to great lengths to ensure our attendees don't have experiences like those.
