What we’re about
Welcome! This is a group meant for Registered Nurses, specifically new nurses who want to make friends in the city.
With our crazy day or night schedules whether it’s 8, 10 or 12-hour shifts, it can be tough to find like-minded people like us to connect with especially fresh out of nursing school. It can be a challenge to connect with others who aren’t in the healthcare field. It’s an awkward time for us all and I wanted to create this group to have some good solidarity, laughs, dark humor and fun times together. Let’s support each other through this new nursing career journey!
I would like to plan some virtual and in-person events so we can get to know each other! Since nursing is one of the toughest professions out there, it’s important to hear each other out so I would love to plan a monthly Zoom meeting just so we can hash things out and support one another. And of course, we can’t forget Happy Hour, Brunch Dates and Nights out on the Town. There’s so many things we can do together. Can’t wait to meet you all soon~
