What is Roller Derby?
ALL KIT PROVIDED
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
This group is designed to gauge interest for a NEW Roller Derby league in Greater Manchester. It will be OTA (open-to-all) meaning that people of all genders can join as long as they are over 18.
Sessions will likely be held at:
- Lostock High School, Selby Rd, Stretford, Manchester M32 9PL
AND/OR - Brinnington Young Person Centre, Hereford Road, Brinnington, Stockport, SK5 8EY
- Friday nights (TBC - it will definitely be a weekday evening though)
- 8-10pm
We will cater for absolutely anybody! Newbies, transfers or returning skaters.
We'll provide you with all the kit you need: skates, helmets, elbow & knee pads and wrist guards. (if you have your own that's even better)
No experience needed! We'll teach you how to skate and everything you need to know about Roller Derby.
Price ranging from £10-15 (tbc)
If you're interested let us know! We're hoping to kick things off in the new year.
